I did a search but this doesn't always work for me?? I use the "Enter your search text" window on top right of page.

I always find that if i do a search for something i know is out there it never comes up

I know I am putting this in the wrong place, but I have forgotten how to use the site. I have a massive complaint with LAND OF LEATHER. I paid a deposit on a suite beg. of May, was promised delivery mid June, have been told today that I can't have the suite for at least another 2 weeks, and I want my deposit back. What can I do
