  • Hello. Ref. the previous post. The phone was not answered because we were on one of the other lines, we probably didn't catch the line quick enough. There are only 4 phone lines at the moment. Sometimes you have to keep ringing for a while. The https://www.vissure.co.uk website is NOT available for some weeks, sorry about that, because the programmer took our money & did not complete the site.     Yes, our prices for example on C62 are 92% cheaper than Epson original prices. You can pay later by invoice - instant credit is given so that you can see the quality of our product (in 4 months we have had virtually no credit problems so we continue this arrangement for our customers). Prices are between 60% & 92% cheaper, the cheapest price differential is on the C62.


    Unfortunately some people who applied for a free cartridge will be receiving a voucher & the free classical music CD, previously sold for 18 months for £8. I apologise to anyone who this disappoints, I hope you enjoy the CD with our compliments even if you don't come back to order from us.

    Has anybody actually received anything from this offer yet?

    I ordered my cartridge nearly 2 weeks ago now and nothing has arrived yet :(.

    Please send an email detailing the cartridge that you are waiting for (and anyone else who has still not received by next Wednesday), to:-

    Including Printer model no & full address.

    There is still a lot of cartridges to send out this coming Monday, delay due to staff-shortages, and priority has to be given to despatching paid-orders.

    Please be patient, sorry you and quite a few others have been waiting so long. This site increased the enquiries threefold, the huge demand generated was not predicted.

    Its arrived :D today 9 December.

    If anybody is still waiting for their cartridge try emailing as stated above. I think we have somewhat overwhelmed them but they appear to be doing their best to satisfy high demand.
