End of fixed rate term query

Hi, my 2 year discounted fixed rate is due to end soon and the lender (IF) has wrote to me to show I will be moving onto their 7.3% SVR.
I am unable to call them at the moment as I am in work, but I was wondering if they would let me move onto another fix for say 5 years instead?
Is that possible or do I have to stick with the SVR?
thanks

IF's 5 year fx is 7.19% with a £999 fee at the moment, I'm sure they will talk to you about it but you may find better deals out there.
Go back to your broker, or get a broker if you don't have one and they will be able to tell you what else is on the market
