There was a lady at the David Lloyd centre in Dundonald that did it. You could ring them (90413300) to check.

Do you want to start another thread on that? I wanted to ask the same thing about classes in Belfast. I'm a total yogaholic but my gym has cut one of the yoga classes so might need to leave and go elsewhere.

Liz Doherty is the name of the woman that takes it: she does prenatal yoga and baby yoga: she has a friend called Tess who does toddler yoga. Liz also does baby swim classes: I have been going with my child since he was abt 10 weeks old (he's now 19 months). I know baby swim classes are off over the summer hols but dont know abt the yoga classes.

    Heres a link to Liz's details: http://www.birthlight.com/public/teachers/teacher.aspx?id=1f9dea3b-9dfd-4e8e-a0f2-259dd4767a66
  • No doubt yoga has a lot of of benefit. Not only adult can do yoga, your baby also can do it. Mum can do Yoga together with baby. This activity create a great time and fun to both of mum and baby, also will keep you in a good health, fresh. It'' give you a best quality and fun time, right?
Basically, Yoga use all part of our body. Yoga with baby have lots of advantages because it's helping to develop baby awareness and the physiology http:jsrsolution.com

Was just searching the web for Water Baby classes and came across this thread. Maybe should start a thread on Baby and Mum/Dad classes in Northern Ireland. found a lot of the classes seam to be in and around the North Down/Bangor area

The link about the yoga classes is great, might do that instead.

Would you be so kind as to give me some details on the classes in North Down/Bangor as this is the area I'd be interested in but know little about!

Have just checked by search history found a couple of links-

Baby swimming check watertots or http://www.andyhunterswimming.com/
    Drama with http://www.whatson4littleones.co.uk/search_results.asp
Infant Aquatics at Esporta or David Lloyds I think

There was also a Sing and Sign class somewhere in the North Down area but can't find link, and again that yoga link above in great.

    Will have another look later.
