    Not at all. If your circumstances change, whilst you are in an IPA, then you simply need to inform the OR and the IPA payment will be re-assessed. If you are not earning sufficient to have to pay an IPA, then your payment will go down to zero.
    One word of caution, though - if you return to the UK, within the 36 month period of you IPA, and get a job, then you are bound to inform the OR, who may re-instate payments.

    Go for it ! You cannot be 'instructed' to work and I am all for people really making a fresh start and taking the oppertunity to do something you could never do before because of financial restraints - I did !
