Time to start taking things seriously!

Hello everyone,

I've been around a bit before but mainly lurking, decided to throw myself back in full force as things are not moving very quickly. I have recalculated our debt to include all my OH's as well and the total stands at approx £18550:eek: , which could be a lot worse! We have a large payment due to us in a couple of months which will pay of a good chunk of that and I have also decided to sell my Car in September. I don't need it very much and I would save money on a monthly basis as well as having around £1K extra to put toward the debt.

Bit of a rushed message as I need to go out soon but decided that I really need to get started again one way or the other! :A

My SOA has been hammered many times over and is as good as I can get it at the mo so I am not going to put it up just yet, probably when we've sold the car etc and have the new figures to work with.

Today I am going to:

Having a NSD, i've got to post an Amazon book but that does not count.
Walk to the post office instead of driving.
Bake bread.
Inventory of my food cupboards for menu planning.
Persuading OH that its a seriously bad idea to start shelling out hundreds each month learning to drive when I am selling my car and he'll have nothing to drive/practise in anyway.
Sign up to a free DVD trial through Quidco.
Get at least 5 hours of work done.

So to anyone who is reading this Hello and I hope you all have a great day!

Love and hugs,

MinBlack

Hmmm, I'm not very good about filling in my diary am I!

However I have done pretty well over the last few weeks. I have done 3 mystery shops, one of which is bringing me £120 at the end of this month! It was a hard one but still only took 6 hours including prepping and doing the reports so at £20 an hour I won't complain! Going to do these ones while I can as I won't be able to do them when the car goes next month.

OH agrees that its a rubbish idea learning to drive when we are selling the car so soon. Its a relief as learning costs a fortune.

I have done my first DVD tart and the money is tracking in my quidco account as we speak. I have detailed when I need to cancel in my sparkly new diary which will help me keep on top of things.

I have listed a pile of stuff on amazon and ebay and made quite a few sales, sold another couple of DVD's on Amazon today which I will post this afternoon. Going to list a pile more on ebay tomorrow as its half price listing day. I've also sorted out a pile for car booting which OH and I will be doing on Sunday.

    Tasks for this week:
List at least 20 items on EBay/Amazon.
    Do the Carboot.
Send off refund request for face cream that brought me out in a rash.
Send off a copy of my credit agreement for my PPI Claim, strangely the copy agreement the loan company provided is different to the original copy I possess, in that theirs has the PPI section completed, very strange.
    Chase up Tescos Deals vouchers.
Get a new tyre for my car
    Update this thread more often!

I think thats enough to keep me going for now.

Have a great day my darlings!

    xx

MinBlack - keep going, I'll be interested to see how you get on selling your stuff. I've made £100 since mid July but need to advertise and sell some more!
