I am ging to ring the school now and explain and check he is ok. It was bad enough for my older children-my 12 year old initially opened the door,was told 'I'm a bailiff fetch your dad' (my ex is NOT his dad),when he said he wasn't here he said get your mum. My son left the front door wide open:eek:
to fetch me. He had a little lesson about only answering the door with the chain on,and shutting it before coming to find me! I suppose I have to be grateful the guy didnt take the oppurtunity to come into the property as I now see that gives him right of entry in future!

Oh joy!

I have just had a court appointed bailiff here (I have met this man before-a really nice kindly sort) he reckons my husband has NEVER been down there to rearrange this hearing with the LL and the full amount is enforceable against him as of February this year.
We had a lovely discussion re bailiffs/private company bailiffs who must be licenced etc and must have a court warrent to effect retrieval or removal of goods. He politely advised me never to invite any bailiff in-including himself! What a sweetie!
More lies from my ex-I have just phoned him and he couldn't speak because he knows he's lied-yet again.
