Hi all
I have been volunteered to cook a meal for 2 tonight. I am defrosting 2 chicken legs and a bag of brussels & carrots (I'm OK for spuds).
However, I have no idea how long or at what temperature I need to cook the chicken or veg. My (fan) oven is graded in centigrade.
Can anyone give me some tips please?
I also have some pesto if that could be involved as it may seem exotic(!?) and earn me some more brownie points.
Any advice gratefully received.
Thanks

dont defrost your vegetables, they will be mushy when cooked.
they always cook better from frozenmake the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
I'd make mash potato and add a big teaspoon of pesto to it x0
