Hi
I've just checked my credit report and noticed that a mobile phone contract I had with Vodafone 3 years ago is still showing and the status is normal.
I cancelled this in early 2005 so why is it still showing as active?

I've also noticed a credit search on my file by hbos on 11th June. I sent a bank charge claim then, could it be to do with that?0

It's ok I've realised the mistake. I took out a contract for my mum a few years ago as she couldn't get it with her credit rating. Silly me
