I need to buy some new towels. I was wondering where people got theirs and what the quality was like? I don't want white. Thanks

Wilkinsons sell rather nice towels in all sorts of colours including white. I paid £5.99 for a bath sheet which is enormous, its egyptian cotton and is lovely quality. I also buy towels in Dunelm Mill for the same reason.0

I've got some towels I've had years from BHS which are still in weekly use. I'm assuming they still do towels, although in truth I haven't looked for years!
I found the darker colours seem to last longer than the paler ones. Kept buying pale pink which faded out to washed out white. The cat sleeps on them now.Make £2026 in 2026

The last towels I bought were from M&S - very cheap (they often do them on special offer) and good quality.0

Our new ones are in the John Lewis range from our local Waitrose. They're green, very very thick and fluffy. http://www.johnlewis.com/17091/Product.aspx
I also bought these for my eldest GD when she moved into her flat: http://www.johnlewis.com/1715/Product.aspxÆr ic wisdom funde, ær wearð ic eald.

Lol, I have cupboards full of posh expensive towels (sales) but my current favourite is the tesco value one I got for my hospital stay. It is fabulously absorbent!:wall:0
