Flaming microwave

I have just managed to set fire to our microwave! I think it may have got too hot, which in turn set some of the paint casing on fire. Anyway I now need a new one. Does anyone have any suggest of a good place to pick a reasonably priced replacement?

Not sure if they are nation wide , but I got a really good deal at TJ hughes in Sheffield.Do you want a bog standard microwave or combination oven and grirll ? I went for combination, it's so usefull and quick, often just don't have space in the oven to time everything to cook ready for the same time, it's fantastic for times like that.0

Go for a combination grill/oven microwave. They are really useful, we hardly use the cooker now.0

We picked up one from agros for about 20 quid. We only use it for heating milk or cooking porridge so not sure how good it would be for others things, but we have had no problems with it so far.0

Ive got a combination. You can now get these for about £150 and less. Ive set fire to mine in the past! It was caused by heating greasy food and the fat catching alight. Hope this saves someone in the future!Annual Grocery budget 2018 is £1500 pa £125 calendar month £28.84 pw for 3 adults0
