Hmm I'm afriad I am no expert. Only know stuff I have picked up from on here.
Can you approach one of the other debt counselling places? I am sure you are not the only one who has had/will have problems with repayment plans. It is a pity you did not spot the problem earlier and were able to chat to Payplan about it.
With regards to bankruptcy I guess the best place would be to visit the bankruptcy board to get a feel for what is involved.Making my money go further with MSE :j
