OR interview cont

Hi all, if you read my last thread you will know that I had lost my job (Construction manager & victim of the credit crunch) around the same time as my OR telephone interview.
As the company I had worked for went into liquidation I now find myself in the position where I am dealing with two "sets" of OR -has anyone else experienced this situation, who gets priority (regarding tax etc)??
I'm owed five weeks wages, redundancy and luie monies from my company which should come from the national insurance fund.
Has anyone else been in this situation, or can offer advace?

Cheers

I'm assuming that there are two OR's, one dealing with your personal bankruptcy (and to whom any IPA/NT Tax Code would be paid) and one dealing with the company liquidation - and this OR will send you and other employee details to Redundancy Payment Centre (part of the Insolvency Service) to deal with any money due to you, but you then need to inform your personal OR as they may have a claim to some of your money, from memory any PILON or holiday pay is yours, any redundancy money goes to your OR.
It is complicated, PM me if I can help further.0
