Im going on holiday next week with another couple and their kids..
I will be doing most of the cooking and would love to get some recipe ideas. We are going to Lanzarote and so will obviously be sourcing the ingredients locally.
We are going with another couple and will be eating with the kids a couple of nights, but then just the four of us for a couple of nights.
Thanks in anticipation for any recipes or ideas that anyone has.:o

Just before it gets merged - the thread seems to be mainly camping cooking - we are actually going to a luxury villa:o - I will be cooking in a big kitchen with all the mod cons! I love cooking and am not bothered about short-cuts..
Any recipe ideas will be gratefully received...

Whenever we've stayed at a villa, we've used the BBQ most nights or had tapas style meals if we haven't eaten out. Some places are very cheap to eat though - never been to Lanzarote so no idea of prices. Plus, if's too hot, we can't really be bothered to do too much - just about have enough energy to throw a few things on the table and let everyone help themselves.0
