Care bears book from the eighties

I'm looking for a particular story that was in a care bears book my sister used to read to me when I was tiny;
It was about a boy who doesn't like his new little sister as she gets all the attention then a care bear comes to see him and shows him that his sister is fun to be with.
then all the family come round and are debating what her first word will be and the care bear comes to the window, she sees him and says "bear".

This book was responsible for my first word also being bear!

I would love to find another copy of the original or the same story in a newer care bear book to give to two of my friends little girls who are both expecting new arrivals soon.

I've had a look on Amazon and I think it might be called "A Sister for Sam". Looks like it's out of print, but there are several used copies for sale on Amazon marketplace, with prices starting from a penny!
