hi ffolks i hope someone can help me on here, i need a loan asap.
this is the situation due to various issues due to all my family passing away before my 21st birthday i did stupid things with credit when i was younger including two unpaid orange contracts, and then a car from direct car finance that after 3 weeks i arranged with them to send back and then about 3 years later started getting demands for £7500 for it which i refused to pay. But being an idiot i buried my head in the sand for years and just ignored everything so my credit rating is awful, i am now in a situation where i work hard but for little money and havnt had credit for a long time, my bank wont help me, i tried the normal loan companies but they said no so now i need a loan for 1500 by the end of next week or im sleeping on a bench, i dont care if i have to pay back double ill just pay it as i have no choice, where are my best options for getting accepted for a loan ?????

If you absolutely HAVE to have a loan... maybe a Payday loan?

But they're all rip off merchants...

I know there are provident loans, but what you pay back is an extortunate amount, my sister had this a few years ago down to a situation she was in, but since had received advice from the CAB, (Citizens advice beareau), where personally I think would be a wiser option, these will help you go to the right direction, and maybe help get in touch with some companies who will sort this situation for you.
As my sister went this direction in the end, after the provident loan situation she is now put in the clear, so maybe well worth your while contacting these, they will do all they can to help you.;)
Just do this for as soon as possible, you may be surprised.;)

    Hi justin

A loan is definitely not an option for you. It is highly unlikely anyone will lend you the amount you are looking for and even if they did it would just compound your problems with more debt.

As owens3116 has already stated, you really need to get some professional advice from the Citizens Advice Bureau, Debtline, Consumer Credit Counseling Service (CCCS) or similar.

    Here are links for them:

    http://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/index.htm
    http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/england_wales/
    http://www.cccs.co.uk/

I can personally vouch for CCCS, they helped me out of a sticky spot a few years back.

Also I recommend you post over on the Debt Free Wannabe board, there is plenty of experience and advice over there.

Whatever you decide to do, the very best of luck.
