hi fellow BR's
looking through docs,just received many back from IVA agency(good one!) although took 4 weeks:eek:
Question only asked for bank/credit card statements what about other debts:confused: should I send catologue statements what about other debts????:confused::confused::confused:

    I sent everything - if I owed money on it, I sent them the paperwork! Better safe than sorry I guess!

    Yeah if you want it included in your BR just put it on your forms. I decided to keep my mobile contract off mine but i believe you can even include that if you want to.

    Yes i had catalogue debts too and sent everything, as merry says better to be safe than sorry ,especially if you have put the debt don on your SOA as the OR may well come back to you and say,i have no paperwork for such and such and it just delays the whole thing.D

    Thanks a lot folks. I am also owed monet which I did nit include as do not know wherabout of people.They were lodgers who disappeared owing me rent (slovakian) should I include this in a letter to OR?

    If I were you I would include their details just to be on the safe side. I would write why it was they owed me money, their last known whereabouts and leave it at that. The OR may be able to search the electoral roll (if they are on it) and if they can't find them, well at least you have notified them :)
