no need to apologise....not really confused - just trying to understand before suggesting a way forward.
unfortunately, you've got to get the nasty bits of paper in your hands before you can make real progress....set any emotion you have aside and look at your last statements hidden in there should be details of the breakdown on the balances you have....together we can make the best of this and formulate a plan on what to do next......For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 20070 -
To get your grocery shopping down, after you meal plan adn make your list- make sure you use coupons to bring down the price of your shopping. Asda here will take off 10% of the price of your shopping in coupons and you don't have to buy the actual product. There are lots of links to printable coupons on here and also if you order free samples of stuff they quite often come with coupons to use. Good luck. It becomes a way of life after a while. We spend far less and eat much better than we EVER did in this house as a result of this site. You are in the right place - believe me! Also when you do your list- I do several. 1 for main meals for a month (keeps me out of ASDA!) then I do a weekly fresh list with milk, bread, veg, and fruit, then a bi-weekly top-up for stuff like yogurt and cheese if I need it. That way there is always loads of fresh stuff in the house - but i'm only buying what we need. This seems to work for us. Others do a weekly plan and shop.
