prizes you don't receive!

I won a ratatouille DVD from the People on 09April along with a few other people as I remember the posts. I have not yet received the prize, the phone number they put on the letter doesn't work and they haven't replied to my emails. I know there were a couple of posts recently from the other winners to say they would report it but I can't find them. Does anyone know who I should contact. I know its only a DVD but a win is a win..

I'm waiting for a book from mumsknowbest which was supposed to arrive within 28 days - I think it's coming up to that now

silly question but did you reply to the email with your address?? only because i won a pillow and when i checked my email again 3 weeks later:o it stated that i had to forward my address..which i did and my prize turned up 5 days later

I found my name on a sky movies winners list ages ago for a comp that ended on 31/01! :eek: I've never received the prize and i've sent them loads of emails through their 'contact us' but they've never even replied to me. :rolleyes: I don't have a phone number for them otherwise i'd call them.
