  • ELF are holding their biggest ever sale! it started today and ends at 10.30am on Monday morning. There is a minimum spend of £25 before the discount code is valid, but that drops down to £10 when the code is applied :j

    The discount code is 600713

I can vouch for the outstanding value of the studio line brushes. They're amazing and only £3.75 at full price!

The standard range of brushes is very hit and miss. The small eyeshadow brushes aren't bad but the large blush brushes are horribly scratchy. The standard range have natural bristles so aren't very eco friendly and a definite no-no if you're anti-fur.

I find elf eyeshadows to be very good for the price. They're highly pigmented and "soft" if that makes sense. I do find the single eyeshadows and the ones in small pallettes to be better quality than the ones in the massive pallettes with 100s of colours.

I have lipglosses from the standard range and the studio line. I especially like thehypershine lipgloss and the studio glitter gloss and glossy gloss.

There are literally hundreds of reviews of elf products on youtube so its worth having a look at those if you haven't bought from them before. As a bargain brand, they have some hits and misses, but for the most part I find the products to be fantastic quality for the price. There are lots of high end dupes on there too!

Anyway, I just thought I'd share the good news. Get in there quick ladies before everything sells out!

It is the hardest website I know to spend £25 because everything is so cheap, especially when it is half price!

it's minimum spend 25 pounds, but with the discount it goes down to less than 12.50, which is pretty good, I think.. I stock up on mineral makeup ., but I agree, it is so cheap, it is hard to spend that much!

Oh, I assumed It was £25 at the discounted prices so £50 of products would have to be purchased. That makes it a bit more doable.

Thanks Linsey. Ali.. yes I thought the same, until I did an order and it let me spend less than 12.50. The problem with elf makeup though is that it is so popular due to copious youtube beauty bloggers raving about it, a lot of their products are getting sold out and they are struggling to restock stuff for the increase in demand.. I have been waiting for their mineral yellow corrective powder for ages!
Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE :)
