Save Money when you VisitScotland

A tip from some friends in the tourist industry. If you find any accommodation via www.visitscotland.com or, indeed many attractions, you can save the £4 booking fee by booking directly via the service provider.
The service provider also gets to keep the 10% "deposit" which is in fact the commission which VisitScotland take.
www.visitscotland.com is a Public Private Partnership (PPP); information on the shareholders is given on:
