Navigon Sat Nav / GPS

Hello All.

It's your friendly neighbourhood newbie, begging for some advice.

I'm seriously contemplating getting a sat nav. After some research I had decided on getting a Garmin Nuvi 255WT which I've found for £165.99 at Amazon http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00151USJG/ref=ord_cart_shr?%5Fencoding=UTF8&m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE
It seems to have decent reviews.

However, I then came across this sat nav by Navigon for £89.99 which appears to do the same sort of thing. The only thing is that I think Navigon generally don't provide free TMC/traffic alerts, whereas the Nuvi seems to come with a lifetime TMC subscription.

I'm looking for something which is reliable with Europe maps (or an accessible download) with traffic alerts and ideally a pre-loaded speed camera database (with an option to manually update). All else is a bonus but not necessary.

Does anyone have any information or know of any reviews of this Navigon TS7000T? I think it is an old model with the latest software (which is why it is so cheap).
Also is there anywhere selling the Garmin Nuvi or the Navigon cheaper than at Amazon?

I would be most grateful for any advice.
