I get pork ribs from the butchers, and chille & garlic sauce from Kwiksave they do others flavour's as well were they sell the cooked meats, they are in a small plastic tub. Back to the ribs, boil them first then put them in a baking tray, brush the sauce over them and pour the remaining sauce over them. Cook in the oven on gas mark 4-5 for about 45mins. All I can say is "I'm starvin"0

Last time I got a full rack of ribs from the butcher and ate them ALL to myself :drool:

They are delicious........I make mine using Delia's Pork spare ribs in barbecue sauce, but I can't find the recipe online to link to
As I've said before, I have no idea if it's anything like TGI Fridays, but it is good.

Thanks owey, but how small are they?
That's what bothers me. Sometimes the ones we get from the Chinese take-away are so small I wonder where they come from ..... as in which animal?0 -
