This year’s event sold out in record time and Observer Music Monthly is offering one last chance to bag yourself and a friend the chance to be at Virgin Mobile’s V Festival.

1. The closing date is midday Friday 1 August 2008.
2. The are 2 prizes. Each prize consists of a pair of VIP weekend camping tickets to the Virgin Mobile V Festival at Hylands Park, Chelmsford, on 16 and 17 August 2008.
3. The Free Prize Draw (the “Free Prize Draw”) is open to residents of the UK and ROI aged 18 and over.
4. The prize does not include travel to or from the venue, drinks, food, camping equipment or any spending money. These are the responsibility of the winner.
5. To enter the free prize draw, go to www.observermusicmonthly.co.uk.
6. The winner will be notified by phone or email within 7 days of the closing date.
7. The Free Prize Draw is not open to employees or agencies of Guardian News & Media Limited ("GNM"), Virgin Mobile, its group companies or their family members.
8. Entry into the free prize draw is acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Only one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
10. No responsibility is taken for entries which are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the Entry is not proof of receipt.
11. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes. GNM accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.
