I won a style make-over with Disaronno....HOWEVER

I cant claim it as its too short notice :-( I had the email yesterday informing me of my win on a competition I entered on AllInLondon.co.uk. The makeover was for tonight in London at 8pm.

I won a hair make-over, make-up and someone to make cocktails for me all night long. Unfortunately being a bloke I asked if I could transfer the prize to my mum/girlfriend but they wouldnt!!

Oh well better luck next time!

 Surely you could have at least have had your hair and face pampered (minus the make-up)?

Unfortunately it wasnt the prize itself it was the short notice and not being able to transfer it. If it was next week sometime then I could have made it but being told the night before was a bit of a shock unfortunately.

Can prizes usually be transfered as I hasve realised I have entered a few promtoions like that with my gf/mum in mind if I did win. When they said I couldnt tranasfer it, I was a bit shocked!

What a shame it was such late notice :( yes loads of comps state that they are not transferable unfortunately. May be best to enter their details for those kind of prizes :)

Thats a shame i won a holiday earlier this year and they let me transfer it to my brother and his g/f since ill be too pregnant to fly then. It did state non-transferable in terms and conditions but they offered me the transfer no problem. Think its the companies own discresion, shame they couldnt have been nicer about this prize! Hope u get a good win soon to make up for it :)
