Squizz that sounds like fun...can I come?
Course
The only bit I'm a little hesitant about is the overnight train, there's only two of us at that stage and we're in a 6 person 'cabin', so could be stuck with nutters/ people who snore/ axe murderers  Other than that I'm so excited, first time I've had a whole fortnight off in about 5 years!
Louise, the bikini is v nice - and I'm sure you're exaggerating!! I bought a tankini cos I couldn't face the idea of my stomach being out in public, although even that doesn't leave much to the imagination so yep I'm going to be sit-upping like mad!
Have you got any specific targets for the fortnight, or just 'don't eat crap and do lots of sit-ups'?Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

I think I just might have a shower in this silver one then:D for testing purposes and let OH be the judge of whether I am decent or not.But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Well I would just like to loose about 4 lbs if I can and tone up a bit. I have a pilates set with some resistance bands and I might do some Yoga excercises to strengthen my back a bit ready for the rollercoasters as the last thing I need is my disc to pop out again:eek:
Failing that the "dont eat crap and do lots of sit ups" will be go, go, go:DBut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -

Think I'm aiming about 4-5lbs as well. Am trying a combination of 'don't eat crap' along with lots of walking, pilates ball and bands and exercises from New York Ballet Workout (sort of ballet/ pilates/ yoga).
And nope we don't want anything popping out!:rotfl:Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0
