I'm not very good at succinct. Why say something in 10 words when 100 will do?

    dgs?

    Dogs?

I have to take mine to the vet tomorrow for her arthritis jab. Cindy. Bless her. She's 14 years old now and not as sprightly as she used to be.

Cindy is the coolest dog in the world but it gets me down when I realise how old she is. Not to be morbid, but in adult years she's getting on for 100 now.

She fell down the stairs (just the last two steps) last week and we took her to the vets for a check over as she was limping afterwards. They said she was fine for her age (heart and lungs spot on), but that arthritis was kicking in. Funny that things that can make a 6 foot 4 / 18 1/2 stone bloke get tearful innit, but she's been a really faithful friend for 14 years now ( wahhh...... ). So now she's on a course of injections.

Love her to bits. She's such a cool dog.
