Ikkle - thanks to your inspirtion I am well on my way to sorting loads of Christmas pressies - mostly on boots money off vouchers! certainly will come in handy conidering what lies ahead.

well hwga i was originally gonna go bankrupt and then i thought maybe i could manage to cut down and weasle out of my income 100 pounds a month so managed to get the figures right for that but they were too strict so a dmp is a nono so back to bankruptcy, bearing in mind i only get 400 a month.

The creditors dont like it but I dont like them trying to take what i aint got and em making me feel like shoite so they can go balls.

I was on the bankruptcy board hun yes. then was going to a dmp instead so came here and then that went t!ts up so now am back to bankruptcy. Wondered if there was any services that help fill forms in but my CAB are always jam packed.

Not sure on the form filling one. I have seen loads of posts on it on the bankruptsy board. If i were you i would also pm Fermi. He gives great advice and is in the know about all sorts of stuff. He will help you through it all and anything i can do i will as well..but have not had much experience of the ins and outs of it all. So sorry that you feel it has come to this. I did also here that if you were on a low income then there is a reduced rate as well or a grant or something..so that may help with the bankruptsy fees.
