Best part was this was the first time I have managed to talk to anyone about my finances without the unsightly tears and snotters and the lady was lovely, a true credit to the agency she works for. Council funded organisation so no fees to sharks and I was told to phone or pop in anytime I needed help / advice / support and its only 10 minutes on the bus so feel so much better now
