Just been busy really, hols, friends 50th birthday, making a wedding cake..stressing ...the usual!

Ive got really bad period pain, im no longer feeling optomistic about pay day and feel ill always be in debt and skint, I feel im always gonna be single and to top it off, I found a bit of a lump in my armpit tonight and now dont know what to do.
