Thanks Piglet and Poorandindenial. I pretended to my family I wasn't going on holiday through choice. They know about my debt but think its my fault, it is I suppose but at least we all are trying to do something about it!
My boyfriend and I were planning on doing one of those cheap days out featured in the site maybe Alton Towers or something.

betti - there are loads of 2-4-1 offers around for ATowers, legoland, seaworld, etc.,...couple these with some of the cut-price rooms at premierinn and travelodge and you can do weekends pretty cheaply. Get rooting and bag a bargain or two !!......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......

Poor - congrats on the new nephew and even more so on OH meeting the parents! I think my parents met my OH in the delivery room - I'd managed to avoid it before then!
