    To quote Michael Jackson....cough....You are not alone....

    I must admit I've always been a night owl...and before I got switched onto the shift pattern I'm on now, I used to hate sunday nights. I'd never sleep a wink thinking about all the things to do during the week, and just get stressed cause I knew I needed sleep before the work on monday.

    You guys up by luck, work or preference?
