i was in my local shop, was v busy but the server didnt look me in eye, say thank you ,whatever, an i was jus byin shopin! yeah was busy but if ya cant handle the heat get out the k...
dont get me wrong ,im not over them or anythin but i have got NVQ2 in retail an i always new my manners!

too right,as i said earlier,i was in catering(owned a couple of cafes blah blah) and at the end of the day,the customers paid my wages,dont matter who they are,and also,manners dont cost anything,i always say something sarcky,cant help myself,i used to be so reserved and unconfrontational but,think my pregnancy hormones did something to me and made me say out loud the things id usualy just mutter under my breath,lol,
