Been a bit quiet recently...not for bad reasons......actually it's really really good reasons ( :j :T :beer: :dance:) and will tell you about it when I have got my head round it all (maybe sunday night)....and can make some coherent sense out of it without blubbing :cool:

Suffice to say, I have been waiting all my life for this moment..... (and NO:rotfl: ...it's not a bloke :rotfl: :rotfl: )

OK Night Owl Yampions.........the interim good news tonight is......after the ultrasound treatment yesterday....(Bubbles it's applied to the surface of the hand as therapeutic, not diagnostic..i.e.not the other stuff ) ..... the RSD is ......noticeably less :T :dance: :grouphug: :beer: ....

Whoop whooop!!

I'm going to beat this b*g*er!! (executes more hot/cold plunge baths :eek: )

Busy weekend....ex OH and me doing garden and various other stuff I can't do one handed at my house....oops...NO Piglet!! Down Piglet!!......No double entendre intended here :rotfl:

Back on sunday evening......to share something really amazing.....and you guys and gals have contributed to it and are a part of it.
