yeah as much as they can hun, I have stiffness in my hands any way cause of the arthritis so the amount of swelling i had just made it even worse but thankfully all the swelling has gone now and i am fine.

    you still fisting?

   ............yes....but it is very stiff every morning when I wake up.....take two hours of exercise/hot and cold plunges etc to get it flexible...and the moment i stop squeezing the sponges....it stiffens up again :D

    Hey piglet :)

yeah the wisdom teeth are a curse...

much like my wretched shower, damnnation - it had two settings, hot and damn hot. (does this inadvertently bump up my electric bill loads?)

my tip: never buy an aqualisa/aqustyle shower, and if you have one, remove it so another. its only here cos it came with the flat, but saving @ £80 a week now, hopefully have a new one by end of August (or i'll be death-by-misadvenutre)

also,my my neighbours make so much noise at 10 to midnight?

i think they are D.I.Y.ing or something - sounds like a hammer anyway...

although not as bad as the party across the road last weekend which lastest from 8pm to 10am the following morning when the dance music went off.

i guess thats why i've taken up MSE forum trawling for the time being.. that and i miss being a troll :)
