    good on you:D i WAS but seem to be putting a few pounds on recently,:mad: will have to start my callanetics again,they are soooo painful at first but work soooo damn quickly.x

    there a exercise from the 80's but they are amazing,seriously! they make your legs wobble the next day when walking down the stairs,(which is kinka cool:o ):rotfl: anyway,they are tiny tiny little movements only about 1/4inch i think but god do you know you have done the workout:eek: got a dvd ea which i could copy;)
