Nintendo Wii Fit Competition Terms & Conditions
The draw is open to all UK and ROI residents aged 18 or over only, except employees and the immediate families of the promoter, Nintendo UK, their agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion. Only one entry per person. No purchase necessary.
Entries must be received by 15.09.08 and the winner will be selected at random under independent supervision and notified in writing or by telephone within three weeks of the closing date. In the event of a prize winner not replying within 28 days to the notification of winning, an alternative prize winner will be drawn and the previous winner shall forfeit the prize. Winner may be required to participate in publicity. The prize is for a 3 night Lake District break for 4 people. Includes hotel accommodation, 3 breakfasts, 2 picnic lunches, 3 dinners, mountain experience, Derwent water canoes, gorge scrambling, climbing, and abseiling, all equipment, tuition and supervision from fully qualified instructors, transfers to and from all the activities, and services of a representative or local guide.
The prize must be redeemed by 31.12.09 (date of travel is subject to Activities Abroad fixed departures in 2009). No cash alternative. Travel insurance is not included, we recommend that the winners take out adequate travel insurance before they travel. Please refer to additional Activities Abroad terms and conditions.
