Any sliding door, folding down back seat MPV's?

You could go for a Chrysler Voyager (a the previous model has just been replaced, so there might be some bargains out there).
Mind you they don't have a good NCAP safety rating, are thirsty (especially the petrol) and aren't the most reliable car in the world but do come with auto.
On the plus side, they have bags of space when all seven seats are in use, and the rear seats (if you get Stow 'n' Go") fold flat into the floor.
Alternatively the Kia Sedona may be worth a look. Don't buy a new one, get one from a official used range at the dealer thats a year or two old - if you buy a new one you'll loose £000s due to depreciation. On the plus side they are reliable, well built and relatively cheap to maintain and service. It also appears to meet your specs other than the folding flat rear seats (they have to be taken out in the Kia).Lack of money is the root of all evil.
