If it has been deleted which I suspect it has, I feel it's unfair; as having ordered and received a confirmation email etc, I would still have no clue on what to do if the order arrived incomplete as it were.

I thought one of the ideas of these forums was to discuss and provide help for eachother...

I have to disagree. If you look at all the pictures they are just stock pictures. The one below it states a box of 600 discs, yet the picture is of a tub of 100 discs, so that isnt a spot im afraid

Has anybody had theirs yet?
They've taken the money out of our bank account so I sent them an email first thing this morning and still didn't get a reply so I fired off another one just before reminding them that they have taken the money and that I would like to know what's going on.

I emailed them the other day and they said "anyone who has ordered them and not received them "which I don't think anyone has" will get a full refund which may take some time. So I emailed them back and said Its O.K. I will wait untill them come back instock them you can send them out to me, as that is in there T&C's.

Just checked my bank statement online and it's got a transaction marked 24th of Oct (we aren't there yet!!), paying in £12.16, which I assume is the refund.

I can't think of anything else it could be. Anyone else had this?
