Red Card Received But!!!

I received a red card from the postie on Monday as the item was too large to post.
I arranged to have it redirected only to receive an email stating they have lost the package!!
(not the first time they have done this!!)
I have to make a claim, but I have no idea what it is.
It could possibly be a Glamour prize or a gift following a magazine subscription or it could even be a prize I didnt know I had won!!!:mad:
