So I'ts well worth browsing through to update your understanding of the benefits of Vit D. I've already started taking a much higher amount. These seem a good source.

BBC radio 4 Case Notes has an interesting item on Vitamin D which you may find worthwhile. It seems some of our Senior Medics need to have a play with the calculator and read some of the more recent research on the topic.My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

Bournemouth From tomorrow you need to be on the beach between 10.15 to 13.00 at the end of week between 11.0am- 12.20pm so there will be over an hour to get you free Vitamin D.
Skegness will if, the sky is totally cloudless, have free vit d if you are on the beach between 10.50am and 12.00 but if it's cloudy then there is none available You will need to be out every day if it's sunny this week as by next week even if you are out at midday the sun will no longer be strong enough to enable your skin to make vit d.
Belfast and everywhere North has already reached the point where no time is available for free vitamin d availability. It's still worth going out but you will be benefitting from exercise your body rather than replenishing your Vitamin D.
