ZoneAlarm cannot find msi package or patch, can't instal

Has anyone else got or had this problem when trying to instal zonealarm free and found a solution?

I've tried to instal lots of times from the zonealarm site and download.com, I've tried system restore and allsorts but it still will not load.

I did already have it on the pc but after a windowsupdate it went funny so I took it off to reinstal thinking it might solve the problem and now I can't reinstal. I have removed the windows update and still cant instal, this must be a seperate problem to the windows update one

Hi LK; download the full file from here:

http://download.zonealarm.com/bin/free/1025_zl/zlsSetup_70_483_000_en.exe

That should sort it.

(Apparently, it's a "cache" problem (we know all about shortages of cache!!!); and you need to empty your temp folder, and your temporary internet files folder, and your cache, and reboot,and try again. I prefer downloading directly, myself!)
