Free Cannons Gym Membership 1 - 23rd August

This one is for Ladies in the Hull area. See copy e-mail sent to a friend of mine below which is self explanatory. Basically in return for doing a sponsored midnight walk for the Dove House Cancer Care Hospice (£10.00 registration) you will receive a pink Midnight Walk t-shirt, a pair of dove wings and glow stick. Also Cannons Health Club are offering every walker free gym membership from 1st to 23rd August.

Dear All
I would really appreciate your help with an event Dove House Hospice has coming up called the Midnight Walk. I have attached an application form with all the details but to summarise it is a ladies only 12 mile circular night walk in aid of the Hospice taking place on 23rd / 24th August. We hope to get 500 ladies taking part and also are appealing for men to be our “knights in shining armour” and help marshal our walkers and keep them safe and on track.

For a £10 registration fee all walkers get a pink Midnight Walk t-shirt, a pair of dove wings to symbolise the hospice and a pink glow-stick. We have also teamed up with Cannons Health Club who are offering every walker free membership to the gym from 1st – 23rd August and a personalised training plan! Finally at the end of the walk we have Hansford and Crocker Injury, Health and Rehabilitation Centre helping out giving free sports massages!
