I went to Makro at the weekend and they had some good rocket deals, 27 rocket pack for £20 plus vat, they were good sizes as well.
Last year I went to lidl but they had all sold out first thing in the morning, they only had one large sealed container, so I don't thing I will be going there this year.
I also think the single ignition are the best plus the rockets

If you have a "One-Stop" shop near you they are running a very good deal.

They have mixed boxes and rockets on BOGOF.

They do either a smallish box or 4 small rocket for £10 EACH - Buy both for £10.

A medium sized box and decent rockets (about 3ft long) for £18 each - buy both for £18.

Or a jumbo box and 4 hefty rockets (4.5ft long) for £30 each - buy both for £30

Not a bad deal at all
