I need a techie's help

I have a problem AVG detects a threat heals it but it wont heal?? confused I am. this is the message i get i have added asterix where my name is just in case (well you never know)

i have tried loads of different spyware and adware removal tools nothing seems to work (its like a persistant gnat) i am not techie minded at all so any help would be appreciated. by the way i posted this same question just b4 this one but it didn't seem to work so if it does happen to surface please ignore/delete it.

download ccleaner that should remove all cookies, however if you use msn (microsoft program) then it will re-appear everytime you use the MSN program. It is only a tracking cookie, it is not a virus and so cannot heal it.
google MSN and you will see all the programs it could be0 -

If it's a serious threat it will be marked red in the threat list and be isolated in the Virus Vault. You can delete it if you wish.Named after my cat, picture coming shortly0

If you read this post fully you should know , as i explained i posted the message but i thought i had previewed it and not posted it b4 i deleted it but obviously i didnt
