Win a case of wine

Hi

I am currrently researching for a PhD in interactive narrative. An interactive narrative enables you to become a character within a world, act freely and have an original and dramatically interesting narrative created uniquely for you. More about this can be found at http://www-users.cs.york.ac.uk/~hmbarber.

I have created an interactive soap experience and would really appreciate if people could use it, and answer the questionnaire whenever you choose to leave. You are able to freely choose your own actions and the story will be created uniquely for you. Everyone who completes the questionnaire will be entered into a draw to win a case of wine.

The system is currently text-based, and requires patience while it thinks. Please note that other characters will not act and the narrative will not progress unless you "let other characters act". To participate in this experience please go to: http://www.cs.york.ac.uk/gadin.

If you have any problems or questions please post them here. I hope you enjoy the experience!

Thank you very much for your time,

Heather

I didn't have a clue what was going on - found it really confusing (although to be fair it doesn't take much.)
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

    littlemissmanics,
Sorry that you had this problem. If you would like to answer the questionnaire without first participating in the experience (enter your name and then go striaght to 'finish this experience') and write in the comments box that this happened I will ensure that you are entered into the draw. Thank you.

Please can I additionally mention that only those who participate for more than 5 minutes will be entered into the draw?

Thank you very much for all your participation so far, it is much appreciated.

    Heather
