4. FIRST PRIZE: One (1) First Prize Winner will win a day being treated like a Zoomstarz pop star for them and a friend, and one adult chaperone. The prize will need to be redeemed during school holidays between 4th August and 29th August 2008 or 27th October and 31st October on a week day (Monday to Friday) and will include: transportation to London (3 return travel tickets), one (1) nights accommodation in a London hotel, dinner for 3 at The Hard Rock Café, London (up to the value of £100 – one hundred pounds) tour of the Zoomstarz studio and recording of a track to take home.
Prizes are those specifically stated above – no extras will be paid or given and are strictly subject to availability. The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value. There are no cash alternatives to the prizes. Prizes are non transferable.

5. The winner must confirm his or her willingness to receive the prize within a period of one month from the date of such contact, giving his or her name and postal address, email and phone number for delivery of the prize.

Winners will be notified by phone or email within 28 days of the closing date 27th July 2008.

6. Proof of e-mailing is not proof of delivery. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost of delayed or not received by the closing date.

7. The instructions given above form part of the rules of the competition and entry implies acceptance of these rules as final binding.
