Hi wobblebottom
I don't know wether it is good or not, to have you back after so long. Probably bad, since you are no further down the road with the CSA.
I have posted my experiences frequently here over the last few months, so apologies to those who are about to re-read the same stuff again.
Basically ... I sent a complaint email from here ( www.csa.gov.uk/en/case/complaints.asp )
I waited the ten working days, and when I had no reply, I took a copy of the email to my MP. That very day, I got a call from a Complaints Resolution Officer, who has since October been phoning me every Friday to keep me informed on the progress of my application.
If you haven't done it already, it may be a good starting point.
Good Luck ... and sorry to see you back!:wave:0
