Work Related Stress - Sick Leave – Redundancy

Comments

  • my stress has stemmed from my line manager de-skilling me and giving me more or less nothing to do,giving my job as a manager to someone else to carry out . I am currently off work due to work related stress,my gp signed me off for 3 weeks which i'm coming to the end of and i still dont feel ready to return. What makes things worse is that my boss has agreed for me to return to study (of which you need to be working for an employer) so I cant leave and look for another job since this course starts in september. I am at my wits end trying to work out what to do for the best, does anyone have any ideas, Thanks

I would suggest you repost on your own thread so people won't give outdated advice to the OP
The Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!

If I give you advice it is only a view and always always take professional advice before acting!!!

4 people on the ignore list....Bliss!
