Best value all in one printer

I have an Epson which has just used £25 worth of ink on a head clean
There is still ink in the cartridges I can hear it, but the chips are saying ink is empty. Epson customer service regarding the issue were less than helpful.
So instead of spending a further £25 on ink I am thinking of buying a new printer that has cheaper replacement ink options these cartridges do not last very long and I do not print a lot.
Can anyone advise on a good buy?
* I am looking for an All in one (no fax)
* Something that prints nice quality photos
* Cheaper replacement inks (possibly refillable options)
* Oh and... No silly chip that tells printer its empty way before it is.
Thanks

As far as im aware you can reset those chips yourself somehow and let the computer think its a new cartridge...saw a website on it somewhere. Google it?! You need to be able to with the refillable type, as all you do is either swap the chip or bypass it.:A Luke 6:38 :AThe above post is either from personal experience or is my opinion based on the person God has made me and the way I understand things. Please don't be offended if that opinion differs from yours, but feel free to click the 'Thanks' button if it's at all helpful!0
